Called Liam Taylor after discovering water damage in the attic. There were a couple of large holes in the roof membrane and water entering from the damaged verge. Had Liam replace the membrane, re-point the verge and decided to get the gable end brickwork repointed too.

Couldn't be more pleased, Communication from the start was brilliant with quick responses. Very informative and we're honest with me about what actually needed doing, advising against unnecessary work that would have cost me a lot more.

Liam and Derek did a top quality job. Arrived on time and kept everything clean and tidy.

I won't be using anyone else from now and couldn't recommend them more.

Liam and his team did an excellent job on our property in Churchdown.

We had the following works done:

-Eves edge protection
-New soffits and removal of old asbestos
-Guttering
-Full roof clean (scraped by hand to remove moss)
-Vent added to soffit for extractor fan
-Dry verge system (including stripping out of all mortar beforehand)
-Solar panel bird guard mesh protection to prevent pigeons
-Replacement of broken roof tiles

All works were done to an excellent standard, and it was very clear Liam and his team took the time to do the job right first time.

I was really pleased with the professional manner and quality of work in which Liam and his team carried out some work (prepare and remortar ridge tiles, prepare and re mortar pitch, prepare and remortar two gulleys) on my mothers bungalow roof. Liam quoted for the work, kept me fully informed of progress and when they would be coming and doing the work. Highly recommend.

Liams team have recently completed a whole house repointing with lime mortar to a very high standard including colour matching to the original mortar. We are really pleased with the finished result and it has made a big improvement to the look of the property. Throughout the process, the team were considerate with any needs, kept the work areas tidy and made special efforts to clean up at the end of every day. Doing such a large job was difficult with the unpredictable weather but they provided regular updates about the progress.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on any future work and would 100% recommend them to anyone as well as giving references for the work.

I'm really glad to have found Liam and his father Derek, to carry out some repointing, as well as, lifting
a section of roof to install some insulation, where none existed previously.
They were clear in comms, in time, considerate of my time, friendly and they did a great job.
It's great to have found them and if I need any similar work carried out in the future its a no brainer for me to have them back!
